Do you handle council approvals?
Yes. We coordinate the plans, certifier and council or CDC approvals as part of the project, so everything is compliant before work starts on site.
How long will my project take?
It depends on scope. Smaller renovations can run a few weeks; extensions, new builds and fit-outs run over several months. You will get a clear timeline at quote stage and regular updates as we go.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — a licensed NSW builder (Lic. 487895C), fully insured, with Home Building Compensation (HBCF) warranty cover provided on eligible residential work.
How does pricing work?
You will get a detailed written quote up front. Most work is fixed-price, and any variations are agreed with you in writing before they happen — no surprises.
